Using FSA/HSA at Warby Parker

If you get your health insurance through your employer, you may also be getting a Flexible Spending Account or a Health Savings Account (also know as FSA and HSA respectively). These accounts allow you take take pre-tax dollars and spend them on healthcare related items. According to HealthCare.gov, you must use your FSA dollars at the end of the year or they expire.

When it comes to FSA, you may think you can only use them on things like masks or OTC medicine. However, eyecare products like glasses and contacts may also be eligible for your FSA dollars. And there’s no better place to use your FSA dollars than at Warby Parker! Here are a few ways to spend your FSA money at Warby Parker:

Doctors recommend getting a yearly eye exam to check your vision and screen for other health issues. Warby Parker has over 100 locations across the US, and your exam is FSA eligible! You can find a location near you here.

Once you get your new prescription, you can use your FSA dollars to get glasses right at your local Warby Parker store. If you don’t have a store near you, be sure to check out Warby Parker’s home try on program. The program lets you pick five frames that are sent directly to your home. You can try them on, get feedback from friends and family, and then select your favorite frame.

Prescription Sunglasses

Already have glasses? Consider using your FSA dollars on Warby Parker’s prescription sunglasses. They come with free polarized lenses on every order and feature the same great designs as their regular glasses.
